It is simple, easy and secure to use. There are 13.1 million buyers are actively using PayPal in Asia Pacific. And you don’t have to pay anything extra, Sneaky Whiskers will absorb all additional fees by Paypal.
2) Do I need to have a paypal account in order to make a purchase?
No, you do not need a paypal account. You may visit paypal as a guest to make payment.
3) What credit cards do paypal accept?
You can use Visa, MasterCard, or American Express to make payments through PayPal. Debit cards displaying a MasterCard, Visa or American Express logo are accepted too.
4) Do you keep my credit card details?
Sneaky Whiskers do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly through Paypal. Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment.
1) What do I need to take note if I choose to pay using bank transfer?
Please do indicate your order number in your bank initial during transaction. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payments.
2) What if I have forgotten to key in the order number?
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Just email us your transaction number together with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3) How can I know if my payment has been successful?
You will be notified within 24 hours upon completion of payment via email.
4) How soon must I make payment after checking out?
We will hold your order for up to 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled. You will receive an email from us to notify you for cancelled orders.
5) What if I have transferred the wrong amount?
If you have transferred lesser than required, quickly make a second bank transfer to pay the remaining amount and notify us with both your transnational numbers to email@example.com.
However, if you have transferred more than required, we will return your remaining amount.
6) What is Sneaky Whisker's bank details?
Our bank details will be provided after checkout.
